Companies can also provide access to tools and platforms that enhance the program, like a training room or conference room for group training, or hands-on learning, equipment for skill-based training.
Sponsor Youth Scholarships and Certifications:
For as little as $100, companies or individuals can fund scholarships for youth to attend training courses, workshops, or get certifications.
Host On-Site Job Shadowing
Local businesses can host job shadowing days that give youth a real-world view of specific careers and day-to-day operations. This exposure helps students understand workplace expectations, develop hands-on skills, and build connections with professionals in their fields of interest.
Contribute Financially to Support Program Growth
Financial donations help expand the program's reach, covering costs such as training materials, transportation for participants, and technology, salary for a part time director. Funds can go toward outreach programs enabling the organization to reach more youth through marketing, community partnerships, and events. Businesses can also fund special projects as they launched.

As a leader in the community, your involvement on the Topeka Youth Project's Advisory Board can inspire change and open doors for young people, ages 14 to 21, as they discover opportunities to achieve their dreams and strengthen the future of Topeka. The advisory board meets three times a year.
